摘要
设计了一种能减小出光角度的液晶屏背光模块,通过角度控制导光板模块和LED光源模块,其中角度控制导光板模块包括导光板一和导光板二,导光板一的外表面贴有三棱柱阵列,导光板二的内表面贴有增光片,外表面嵌有透镜阵列;LED光源模块包括:铝基电路板、铝基电路板表面均匀铺设的LED、扩散板、下扩散片等结构;该结构可以有效的减小液晶屏出光角度,可满足飞机驾驶舱及防窥显示器的要求。
This paper introduces a kind of LCD backlight module can reduce the light angle. Through the angle control module and LED light source module of light guide plate,guide plate angle control module includes a guide plate and light guide. The outer surface of the guide plate a with a triangular prism array,the inner surface of the guide plate( 2) with a good piece,outside surface lens array are embedded; LED light source module include aluminum PCB,aluminum base PCB surface evenly laid LED、diffuser、films such as the diffusion structure. This structure can effectively reduce the LCD light angle,and also can meet the requirements of aircraft cockpit and prevent glimpse into the monitor.
