摘要
药用氯化钠是人体正常生理活动所不可缺少的,成年人每天要进食8~15,g以补充通过尿、汗等排泄掉的氯化钠。医疗上使用的氯化钠除固体外,一般配成制剂使用,常用的包括生理氯化钠溶液、氯化钠注射液和浓氯化钠注射液。简述了药用氯化钠的生产工艺流程,通过改造前后主要指标参数的对比,进一步阐述了应用四效蒸发生产工艺所取得的成效。经过连续生产表明,该工艺先进可靠,为企业创造了良好的经济效益,值得在药用盐生产中应用和推广。
This paper describes medicinal sodium chloride production process. Tbxough the comparison of main indicators before and after the transformation, the performance of four-effect evaporation process application was described. After continuous production, the technology has been proved as advanced and reliable, and it has created a good economic benefit for the enterprise. It is worthy being applied and popularized in the production of medicinal sodium chloride.
