摘要
针对典型的V型坡口焊缝,采用自主研发的激光视觉传感系统设计了一种基于投影拟合方法的焊缝特征点识别算法,并通过实验加以验证.结果表明,所提出的算法对焊缝特征点的提取精度较高.
Based on the laser vision sensing system developed independently, a recognition algorithm combining projection with least-squares curve fitting for feature points of V-groove welds was proposed. The results show that the proposed algorithm can extract feature points with high accuracy.
