摘要
目的探讨质量环(PDCA)循环在门诊质量管理中的应用效果。方法应用PDCA循环对门诊进行持续质量改进,通过数据对比应用统计学原理分析实施前后效果。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,门诊质量明显提高,服务水平得到改善,患者满意度大幅提升。结论 PDCA循环管理可以减少医患矛盾,提升医院形象,有助于门诊质量的持续改进。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle in the quality control of clinic management. Methods Using PDCA cycle to improve the quality of clinic management continuously,comparing the effect of before and after implementing PDCA cycle,using statistical method. Results PDCA cycle has been used to improve the quality of clinic management,the level of service and patient satisfaction significantly. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can reduce doctor-patient conflicts,promote the image of the hospital and continue to improve the quality of clinic.
