摘要
本文列举了一起典型的电梯制动器失效事故并进行了详细深入的调查分析,最终发现该起事故主要原因为一个接触器触点位置偏移导致制动器闸瓦磨损较大从而制动力矩严重不足产生轿厢滑移。该事故最终导致一名乘客死亡,本文通过详尽的现场说明以及原理分析完好的还原了事故全貌,对于今后的电梯维保以及事故调查均有很大的借鉴意义。
This paper enumerated a typical elevator brake failure accident and its detailed investigation analysis,finally found the main reason of the accident for a contractor contact position offset lead to brake shoe wear a larger to a serious shortage of braking torque produced car slip.The accident eventually led to the death of a passenger.In this paper,through detailed field notes and principle analysis of intact to restore the picture of the accident,for the future of the elevator maintenance and accident investigation has great significance.
