超临界机组下端差扰动强度系数的计算与分析

Calculation and Analysis of Intensity Coefficients of Lower Terminal Temperature Difference Disturbances of Heaters on the Supercritical Unit

摘要 回热系统是火电厂热力系统的重要组成部分,加热器作为回热系统的核心设备,其运行参数对机组的运行效率有着重要的影响。火电机组在长期运行中,由于加热器管子表面结垢、加热器内积聚空气等多种原因会造成加热器下端差增加,对机组的运行效率产生影响。在多元扰动下热力系统能效分析模型基础上,以某660MW机组为例,计算了各级加热器下端差扰动对机组能效影响的强度系数,并绘制出加热器下端差扰动强度系数关于机组运行负荷的变化趋势图,定量地分析了各加热器下端差变化对机组热经济性的影响,为机组的高效运行提供了理论分析基础。 Heat recovery system is an important part of thermal system in power plant. As heater is the core equipment of heat recovery system, its operating state have important influence on operation efficiency of the unit. In the power plant operation, a variety of reasons cause the heater's lower terminal temperature difference increased, such as fouling on the pipe surface in the heaters, and air accumulating in the heaters, which have influence on operation efficiency of the unit. Based on the energy efficiency analysis model of thermodynamic system under multivariate disturbances, by taking a 660 M W supercritical unit as an example, the intensity coefficients caused by the heater's lower terminal temperature difference disturbances are worked out, and the tendency charts of the intensity coefficients changing with the unit load are drew out. Finally, the influence of lower terminal temperature difference disturbance of each heater on energy efficiency is analysed, which provide a theoretical basis for the efficient operation of the unit.
