补肾活血利湿类中药复方治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效与安全性的系统评价 被引量:17

摘要 目的:系统评价补肾活血利湿类中药复方治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效和安全性,为临床提供循证参考。方法:计算机检索中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,收集补肾活血利湿类中药复方(试验组)对比常规西药(对照组)治疗慢性前列腺炎的随机对照试验(RCT),提取资料并评价质量后,采用Rev Man 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入22项RCT,合计1 863例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组患者总有效率[OR=4.46,95%CI(3.40,5.84),P<0.001]、慢性前列腺炎症状总评分[MD=-3.62,95%CI(-5.21,-2.04),P<0.001]、前列腺液卵磷脂小体数目[MD=7.58,95%CI(2.15,13.01),P=0.006]显著高于对照组,前列腺液白细胞计数[MD=-1.68,95%CI(-3.26,-0.10),P=0.04]显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:补肾活血利湿类中药治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效较好,可以改善患者慢性前列腺炎症状。 OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy and safety of the Bushen huoxue lishi category TCM compound in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,and provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. METHODS:Retrieved from VIP Database,Wanfang Database,CJFD and CBM,randomized controlled trials(RCT)about Bushen huoxue lishi category TCM compound preparation(test group) versus conventional Western medicine(control group) in the treatment of chronic prostatitis were collected. Meta-analysis was performed by Rev Man 5.3 software after data extraction and quality evaluation. RESULTS:Totally 22 RCTs were enrolled,involving 1 863 patients. Results of Meta-analysis showed the total effective rate [OR=4.46,95% CI(3.40,5.84),P〈0.001],total scores of chronic prostatitis symptoms[MD=-3.62,95%CI(-5.21,-2.04),P〈0.001] and lecithin count[MD=7.58,95%CI(2.15,13.01),P=0.006] in test group were significantly higher than control group,prostatic fluid white blood cell count [MD=-1.68,95%CI(-3.26,-0.10),P=0.04] was significantly lower than control group,with significant differences. CONCLUSIONS:Bushen huoxue lishi category TCM compound has good efficacy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
