摘要
以学生能力培养为主线,以创新教育为目标,贯彻"知识、能力、素养"全面协调发展新理念,从营造创新应用型人才培养的多元化实验教学环境出发,推进实验教学改革,探索实验教学新模式。依据高等教育改革要求并结合地方性本科院校特点,提出了"一体两翼"的发展定位,以实验教学为主体,兼顾科学研究与服务社会两大功能,以科学研究促进实验教学改革,以服务社会丰富实验项目来源。并从构建实验教学新体系、改革实验教学方法、创新实验教学手段、建立科学合理的评价机制、深化管理体制改革、加强实验教学师资队伍建设等方面做了积极的改革探索,为充分发挥中心的辐射与示范作用,服务教学,促进科研,打造高素质创新应用型人才培养的实践教育平台奠定基础。
The reform of experimental teaching is promoted and the new model of experimental teaching is explored from constructing the diversified experimental teaching environment for cultivating innovative talents. The ability training of students is taken as the main line, and innovative education as the goal. The comprehensive and coordinated development concept of ＂ knowledge,ability and quality＂is carried out. According to the development of Province-grade Experimental Demonstration Center for Environment,Resource and Geographical Information,this paper puts forward a new experimental teaching conception of ＂a subject and two aspects＂,that is to take experiment teaching as one main subject and include two aspects of scientific research and service society. The scientific research promotes the reform of experimental teaching and the service society enriches the source of experimental projects. The reform of experimental teaching has been explored from constructing new system of experimental teaching,reforming the method of experimental teaching,making innovation in experimental teaching instrument,constituting scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism,deepening the reform of management system,strengthening the construction of experimental teaching staff,etc. These lay the foundation for full playing the role of radiation and demonstration of the center,servicing teaching,promoting scientific research and building a practice education platform for cultivating high quality innovative and applied talents.
