摘要
聚硅酸铝铁(PSAF)是一种新型的水溶性高分子电解质,属于复合型絮凝剂,已经广泛应用于污水处理领域,是目前非常畅销的污水处理药剂.煤灰渣为主要原料,提取其中的Si、Al、Fe三种元素进行聚合反应.通过不断优化焙烧温度、酸浸温度、熟化温度、熟化时间等工艺条件得到效果最佳的聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂,然后进行污水处理评价其效果.
Poly aluminum ferric silicate( PSAF) is a new type of water soluble polymer electrolyte,which is a composite flocculant,has been widely used in the field of sewage treatment,is currently a very popular sewage treatment agent. The coal ash and slag as the main raw material,the Si,Al,Fe elements were extracted to polymerize reaction. Through the continuous optimization of the calcination temperature,acid leaching process conditions of temperature,curing temperature and curing time effect the best poly aluminum ferric silicate flocculant,and sewage treatment to evaluate its effect.
