摘要
针对我国现行馈线自动化系统中配电终端设备种类繁多、数量巨大、且相互间进行信息交换没有统一的通信规约这一现状,将已在变电自动化领域成熟应用的IEC 61850标准扩展应用到配电网馈线终端FTU中。在对FTU具体功能进行系统规划的基础上,构造出了基于IEC 61850标准的配电网馈线终端FTU的信息模型。分析了该FTU模型中各LN之间的信息交换流程,以通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE报文)的信息传输为例讲述了IEC61850在信息交换时的优势,给出了适合IEC61850标准的信息交换模型。
Due to the great variety and large quantity of power distribution terminal units and information ex- change without uniform communication protocols in the current feeder automation system in our country, the IEC61850 standard which is maturely applied in power transformation automation has been expanding applied in FTU in this paper. On the basis of the systematic planning of specific function of FTU, the functional model of FFU is constructed base on IEC61850 standard. In this paper, the information exchange process of LNs in the model of FTU is analyzed. By the generic object oriented substation event( GOOSE message) take as an ex- ample,this paper describes the advantages of IEC61850 in the information exchange, and the information ex- change model which is suitable for IEC61850 standard is given.
