摘要
总溪河大桥主桥为上承式钢管混凝土桁架拱桥,计算跨径360m。主拱圈采用钢管混凝土与钢管组成的桁架式截面,弦管与腹杆、斜撑均采用新型的"栓焊结合"节点。拱上立柱采用排架式空心矩形截面钢箱结构,柱间采用横撑连接;立柱盖梁采用空心矩形变截面钢箱结构。桥面系采用多主梁形式钢-混结合梁,钢纵梁、钢横梁均为焊接工字形截面;桥面板为普通钢筋混凝土预制板。毕节岸拱座采用扩大基础结合桩基础的形式,都格岸拱座采用常规的扩大基础形式。对该桥进行全桥静力分析,并对毕节岸拱座、钢管混凝土新型栓焊节点、主弦管节点内栓钉进行局部受力和试验研究,结果表明桥梁结构受力均满足规范要求。该桥整体采用无支架斜拉扣挂缆索吊装系统施工。
The main bridge of the Zongxi River Bridge is a concrete‐filled steel tube (CFST ) deck truss arch bridge with a calculated span length of 360 m .The section of the main arch ring of the bridge is the truss section that is comprised of the CFST and steel tubes .The joints connecting the chord tubes ,web members and diagonal bracings are all the new type of the bolted and welded joints .The posts on the arch are the bent type hollow rectangular steel box structures ,are con‐nected by the lateral bracings and the capping beams atop the posts are the hollow rectangular steel box structures of variable sections .For the floor system of the bridge ,the multiple steel and con‐crete composite main girders are applied .The sections of the steel stringers and steel cross beams of the floor system are the welded I‐shape sections and the deck slabs are the common precast rein‐forced concrete slabs . T he arch seat of the bridge on the Bijie bank is supported on the spread foundation provided with the piles and on the Duge bank ,is supported on the common spread foun‐dation .In the design ,the static force analysis of the w hole bridge has been conducted and the force conditions of the arch seat on the Bijie bank ,of the new bolted and welded joints for the CFST and the studs in the main chord tube joints have been tested and studied .The results of the test and study prove that the structural force conditions of the bridge can satisfy the relevant requirements in the codes .Besides ,the bridge is designed to be erected integrally by the fastening stay hoisting system without using the scaffoldings .
