摘要
通过对长庆石化公司气分装置运行过程中的几个重要操作参数进行调整,优化工艺条件,有效提高了丙烯产品的收率和纯度,提升了装置运行平稳率,降低了成本和能耗,增加了经济效益。
The yield and purity of propylene are improved significantly by adjusting the key operation parameters and optimizing the process conditions of gas fractionation unit in Changqing Petrochemical Co.,along with the stability of the operation of the unit. Meanwhile,the unit exhibits good performance in the costs,energy consumption and profitability.
