基于组件技术的高精度工业CT控制软件设计

Design of Control Software Based on Component Technology for High Precision ICT

摘要 本文设计了基于COM标准的控制组件,并重点介绍了运动控制组件的实现,以解决高精度工业CT检测系统控制软件的复用问题。把具有相同基本功能的控制模块设计成控制组件,易于重复使用和升级维护,减少了软件开发中的重复工作,提高开发效率。实际应用结果表明:采用该方法设计的控制软件具有很好的可扩展性和可复用性,满足系统设计要求。 This paper introduces an approach in designing control components based on COM for high precision industrial CT to resolve repeated usage problems of control software. It gives mainly the realization examples of motion control components. The control components with similar functions are easy to be used repeatedly. Adopting COM technology can remarkably reduce repetition work and raise efficiency in control software development. It is proved that the extensibility and the reusability of the control software component - based meet the requirements of the high precision industrial CT.
