基于电流与光强双闭环的双荧光实时检测系统

摘要 针对降钙素原(PCT)与C反应蛋白(CRP)的联合检测需求,为提高微弱荧光信号的检测精度,研制了双通道荧光实时检测系统,主要完成电路、光路及软件的优化设计。该系统选用LED光源,以电流反馈稳定驱动电流,结合光强反馈稳定激发光光强;基于预测量与多量程检测技术采集荧光信号,用软件实现暗电流消噪;以复用结构简化双通道光路设计,使光路结构紧凑。实验证明:系统对PCT的检测精度可达0.2μg/L,且有较好的重复精度。 A dual-channel real-time detection system for fluorescence intensity was developed,for joint detection of procalcitonin(PCT) and C-reactive protein(CRP).In order to improve weak fluorescence signals detection precision,optimization designs in circuit,light path and software were completed.This system used LED as light source,stabilized the drive current by current feedback,and made the excitation light stable by light-intensity feedback.Fluorescence intensity signals were collected based on pre-measuring and multi-range detection technique.Noise caused by dark current was eliminated by software program.The dual-channel light path was simplified by structural multiplex,making light path compact.Experiments show that,the detection precision for PCT can be up to 0.2 μg/L,and it has good repeatability.
