摘要 针对传统静电场测量仪存在的不同轴误差、人工找等位点效率低、数据不便于分析等缺点,设计了以上位机为核心控制单元的全自动静电场测量仪。结合采集卡、单片机、步进电机驱动器、步进电机等硬件,实现了模拟场电势数据的自动采集和存储。同时,采用颜色表示数值范围的方法,形象地显示了静电场等势线的形状,从而得到了直观的彩色电势分布图。实际应用表明,该测量仪完全消除了不同轴误差,具有测量速度快、精度高、显示形象、操作简便等优点。 Against the disadvantages of traditional electrostatic field plotter, such as non - coaxial error, low efficiency of manual searching equipotential point,and the data hard to analyze,etc. ,the fully auto mated measuring instrument for electrostatic field is developed by using PC as the central control unit. Combining with acquisition card, single chip computer, driver of stepper motor and stepper motor, the automatic acquisition and storage for the potential data of the emulated field are realized. In addition, for figuratively displaying the shape of equipotential lines of electrostatic field, the method of using color to represent numerical range is proposed, and thus the intuitive color potential distribution map is obtained. The practical application shows that this measuring instrument eliminates the non - coaxial error, and provides advantages of high measuring speed,high accuracy,figurative display and simple and convenient operation.
