大功率碟式太阳能发电系统关键螺栓连接强度分析 被引量:1

Strength analysis for high-power Dish Solar Power system critical bolt connection

摘要 连接螺栓是整个碟式太阳能发电系统如聚光器与桁架等关键件之间的重要连接零件,其强度分析对机架结构在露天大风工作环境中的安全性有着重要意义.基于ANSYS软件平台,以U型体-桁架为例,对关键螺栓连接结构进行8级风(风速20.7 m/s)和12级风(风速32.55 m/s)工况下的接触强度分析,获得不同类型连接螺栓的应力分布云图.研究表明:U型体-桁架连接结构中2种连接螺栓均符合8级风和12级风各种工况下的强度要求,最小安全系数为1.6,其工况为8级风0°-0°工况.对比不同工况下不同类型螺栓的应力承载情况得知:Ⅰ型螺栓在U型体-桁架连接螺栓上端的应力分布比在下端密集;Ⅱ型螺栓在U型体-桁架连接螺栓下端的应力分布比在上端密集,提出了调整2种类型螺栓空间排列分布的方法. Connecting bolts are important connections between the parts that such as the condenser and trusses of the whole Dish Solar Power system key pieces, its structural strength analysis has a great significance for the frame structure working in the open wind workplace . Based on ANSYS software platform, U shaped body - truss was used as an example, contact strength was analyzed to the critical bolt connection under the working conditions of the 8 wind (wind speed 20.7 m/s) and 12 wind( wind speed 32.55 m/s), the stress contours of different kinds connection bolt were got. Studies show that the two kinds connecting bolts of U type body-truss connection structure are meet the strength requirements under all working conditions of 8 and 12 wind, the minimum safety factor is 1.6, and its conditions is 8 wind 0 ° -0 ° working conditions. By comparing the stress carrying case of the different type bolt in different conditions show that the stress distribution of Ⅰ type bolt is more concentrated in the upper position of U bolt type body -truss than the lower position ; the stress distribution of Ⅱ type bolt is more concentrated in the lower position of U bolt type body -truss than the upper position, a method is proposed to adjust the distribution of the spatial arrangement of the two types of bolts.
