摘要
构建中蒙俄经济走廊是"一带一路"战略构想的重要组成部分。中蒙俄三国山水相依,地缘优势明显,贸易互补性较强,同时近年来三国高层互访频繁,经贸合作不断升级,这些都为中蒙俄经济走廊的建设提供了坚实的基础。文章从构建中蒙俄经济走廊的现实基础入手,分析其战略意义所在,并对其具体路径进行了规划。文章认为,中蒙俄经济走廊应包括东、中、西三条主干通道,各主干通道又包含若干分支通道,形成以主干通道为依托、以重点城市为中转、以沿边重点口岸为节点的网络型经济走廊布局。
The construction of China, Mongolia and Russia economic corridor is an important part of ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂. China, Mongolia and Russia are neighbourhood with obvious geographic advantage and strong trade complementarity. In recent years, the three countries have frequent exchanges of high-level visits with escalating economic and trade cooperation, which provides a solid foundation for the construction of China, Mongolia and Russia economic corridor. This paper analyzes the realistic basis and strategic significance of China, Mongolia and Russia economic corridor, and builds up the specific path. It proposes that China, Mongolia and Russia economic corridor should include the eastern, central and western main channels, and that each main channel contains a plurality of branch channels to form a network layout of economic corridor with the main channels as the support, with the key cities as the transit and with the key border ports as the node.
