摘要
针对北京地铁7号线化工站站后明挖区间现浇混凝土框架结构两种施工方案的比选,从技术可行性、经济分析、材料周转性、施工工期及安全四个方面对衬砌台车施工方案和大模板加脚手架组合的施工方案进行对比分析,经过具体分析得出:采用衬砌台车的施工方案具有施工成本低、施工质量好、施工安全性高、施工速度快的优势,并进行实践应用验证。
Focusing on the comparison of two kinds of cast-in-situ concrete flame structure construction schemes on a cut-and-cover tunnel at Beijing metro line 7 chemical station, this paper compares and analyzes the construction schemes of using lining trolley and the construction plan of large templates plus scaffolding portfolio from four aspects: technical feasibility, economic analysis, materials circulation, construction duration and safety, then puts forward the following conclusion with practical verification: the construction schemes of using lining shutter has advantages of low construction cost, high construction quality, good construction safety.
