摘要
目的探讨关节镜下半月板成形缝合术治疗半月板损伤的疗效。方法选取我院2013年3月至2015年3月收治的78例半月板损伤患者为研究对象,所有患者均行关节镜下半月板成形缝合术,对比患者手术优良率及患肢功能恢复情况。结果随访1年后,所有患者均未出现血管神经损伤、感染及血栓等,其中优51例(65.38%),良23例(29.49%),差4例(5.13%),膝关节功能的优良率为94.87%。手术后患者的关节活动度、Lysholm评分及IKDC评分显著优于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下半月板成形缝合术治疗半月板损伤近期疗效较好,创伤小,患者恢复快,具有重要应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic meniscus suture in the treatment of meniscus injury. Methods Seventy-eight cases of meniscus injury patients admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were collected as the study objects. And all patients underwent arthroscopic meniscus suture surgery. The excellent and good rate of the surgery and recovery of the limb function were compared. Results After 1 year follow-up, there were no vascular nerve injury, infection and thrombosis ocurred to any of the patient. 51 cases （65.38%） were excellent, 23 cases （29.49%） were good, and 4 cases （5.13%） were poor, therefore the excellent and good rate of knee joint function was 94.87%. The joint range of motion, the Lysholm and IKDC score after the surgery were all significantly superior to that before the surgery （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic meniscus suture is effective for treatment of meniscus injury, with little trauma, rapid recovery. So it has important clinical value.
