摘要
目的:探讨呼吸功能锻炼及饮食干预模式对慢阻肺患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2013年4月-2014年3月本院收治的64例慢阻肺患者作为研究对象,根据住院尾号序数的奇偶数将其分为对照组和研究组,每组32例。对照组采取常规护理模式,包括监测生命体征和用药等护理措施,研究组实施呼吸功能锻炼护理与饮食干预护理,比较两组生存质量和肺功能指标改善情况。结果:研究组日常生活能力、社会活动能力、焦虑症状及抑郁症状等生存质量明显优于对照组,治疗后研究组最大肺活量(PEF)、1 s用力呼气量(FEV_1)及1 s用力呼气量与用力肺活量比值(FEV_1/FVC)均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢阻肺患者实施呼吸功能锻炼与饮食干预护理,可显著提高患者生存质量,改善肺功能,可在临床中广泛推广。
Objective： To discuss the influence of respiratory function exercise and dietary intervention model on the life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method： From April 2013 to March 2014, 64 cases of COPD were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group a^d research group according to the parity of the number of hospital tail number, each group had 32 cases.The control group was given routine nursing mode, including monitoring of vital signs and medication nursing measures, the research group was given respiratory function exercise and dietary intervention model.The improvement of quality of life and lung function indexs of two groups were compared.Result： The daily＇life ability, social activity ability, anxiety and depression symptoms of the research group were significantly better than those of the control group, the maximum vital capacity （ PEF ）, forced expiratory volume in one second （ FEV1 ）, forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity ratio （ FEV1/FVC ） were better than those of the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： For patients with COPD implement respiratory function exercise and diet intervention can significantly improve the quality of life and lung function, it can be widely applied in clinical.
