摘要
[目的/意义]建立农民工信息寻求影响因素理论框架,帮助农民工提升信息能力,加快农民工群体的市民化进程。[方法/过程]通过对30位农民工的深度访谈,运用扎根理论的方法研究农民工信息寻求影响因素,认为农民工信息寻求影响因素分为个体因素、客体因素和环境因素。个体因素分为农民工本身原因和信息寻求渠道;客体因素体现为信息源;环境因素为信息寻求保障体系。[结果/结论]个体因素、客体因素和环境因素三者之间彼此会发生相互作用,共同影响农民工的信息寻求,三个因素中的任何一个因素发生积极的变化都会相应推动另外两个因素随之产生积极改变,当三者之间出现良性互动时,农民工的信息寻求能力将会得到全面提升。
[ Purpose/significance ] This paper establishes a theoretical framework of influence factors of migrant workers＇ information seeking in order to help migrant workers enhance information capability and accelerate the citizeniza- tion of migrant workers. [ Method/process] This paper conducts in-depth interviews with 30 migrant workers and discus- ses influence factors of migrant workers＇ information seeking using grounded theory. It holds that the influence factors of migrant workers＇ information seeking are divided into individual factors, object factors and environmental factors. The in- dividual factors are divided into information literacy of migrant workers and information seeking channels. The object fac- tors are embodied as the information sources. And the environmental factors are guarantee system of information seeking. [ Result/conclusion] The interaction among individual, object, and environmental factors will work together to influence migrant workers＇ information seeking. Specifically, any positive changes happening in one of the three factors will promote the other two into better conditions. The ability of information seeking for migrant workers will thus be overall enhanced when positive interactions exist within the three factors.
