摘要
目的:比较冬虫夏草人工繁育品和野生冬虫夏草中5种重金属及有害元素(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)的含量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定冬虫夏草人工繁育品和野生冬虫夏草中5种重金属及有害元素(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)的含量,并对得到的两组数据进行独立样本t检验。结果:冬虫夏草人工繁育品中铅(Pd)、砷(As)、铜(Cu)的含量低于野生冬虫夏草中的含量,且差异极显著;冬虫夏草人工繁育品中镉(Cd)的含量与野生冬虫夏草差异不显著。结论:冬虫夏草人工繁育品的铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)含量均符合国际标准,相对于野生冬虫夏草大多存在的砷超标现象,其安全性更容易控制。在冬虫夏草人工繁育品和野生冬虫夏草中,Hg均难以达到检测限。
Objective: To compare the content of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu between cultivated and wild Cordyceps sinensis. Methods: ICP-MS was used to study these 5 kinds of heavy metals and harmful elements in both cultivated and wild Cordyceps sinensis, and the two groups of data were then analyzed with independent sample t test. Results: The content of Pd, As and Cu in cultivated Cordyceps sinensis was significantly less than that in natural Cordyceps sinensis; there was no obvious difference of the Cd content between cultivated Cordyceps sinensis and natural Cordyceps sinensis. Conclusion: The content of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in cultivated Cordyceps sinensis comply with international standards, the safety of cultivated Cordyceps sinensis is relatively easier to be controlled compared to the frequently overproof content of As in natural Cordyceps sinensis. The content of Hg is below detection limit in both cultivated Cordyceps sinensis and natural Cordyceps sinensis.
