摘要
根据网孔状手机保护壳塑件特点及工艺分析,按生产需要,采用简化型细水口模架,使用潜伏式点浇口转扇形侧浇口进胶,侧滑块抽芯及内侧扣位直顶强行脱模取出塑件的模具设计方案,解决了塑件脱模难题,同时缩短模具制造周期,节约了成本,提高了产品的经济性能,获得了不错的成效和社会效益。
According to the mesh shaped mobile phone protection shell plastic parts feature and process analysis, according to the needs of production, using a simplified fine nozzle type mold, using latent type of pin point gate into the plastic on the rotating side fan gate and slide side pumping core and medial fastener with a straight top forced demoulding remove the plastic mold design, solves the demoulding plastic parts problem, and shorten the manufacturing cycle of mould, save the cost, improve the economic performance of the product, obtain good results and social benefits.
