摘要
研究了青藏高原退化高寒草地常见毒杂草披针叶黄华不同浓度(0,25,50,100g/L)根、茎、叶水浸液对垂穗披碱草种子萌发以及胚芽和胚根伸长的化感抑制效应。结果表明:披针叶黄华根、茎、叶水浸液均对垂穗披碱草种子具有明显的化感作用,且各部位化感效应均不相同,表现为茎>叶>根,且随着披针叶黄华根、茎、叶水浸液浓度增大而增强。垂穗披碱草种子萌发率、发芽势以及胚芽和胚根伸长对化感作用的敏感性也不同,依次表现为胚根>发芽指数>萌发率>胚芽,且胚根、发芽指数、萌发率三者的敏感性较为接近。
The allelopathic effects of different concentrations(0,25,50,100g/L)of aqueous extract from the stem,leaf and root of Thermopsis lanceolataon on seed germination and the growth of plumule and radical of Elymus nutans were studied.The results indicated that aqueous extract from different organs of the T.lanceolata all presented allelopathic effects,aqueous extract from the stem showed the strongest inhibitory effects,followed by aqueous extract from the leaf and root.The allelopathic strength depends on the concentration of aqueous extract.The allelopathic sensitivity was in the order:radicalgermination indexgermination rateplumule.The allelopathic sensitivity of the former three were relatively close.
