摘要
目的观察半四左方对功能性消化不良患者不同证型胃排空的影响。方法对300例中医辨证为脾虚气滞、肝胃不和、脾胃湿热、脾胃虚寒、寒热错杂等五个证型(每一证型60例,随机分为中药观察组30例和西药对照组30例)的功能性消化不良患者,分别采用口服半四左加味汤剂治疗与口服西沙必利治疗。治疗前和治疗后4周,观察两组胃排空变化及比较中医各证型胃排空的时间。结果 2组患者在胃排空方面无显著差异(P>0.05);但观察组中医辨证分型治疗中,以寒热错杂证患者胃排空时间最短,较其他四种证型有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论半四左方治疗功能性消化不良寒热错杂证患者有明显优势。
Objective To observe the effect of Bansizuo prescription on gastric emptying with different syndromes of functional dyspepsia. Methods 300 cases of patients who fit the diagnostic criteria of functional dyspepsia into five syndromes： spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation, incoordination between the liver and the stomach, dampness heat in spleen and stomach, deficiency cold of spleen and stomach, simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat（each syndrome contained 60 cases who were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases）. Patients in the observation groups were treated by Bansizuo decoction.The control group was treated by Cisapride tablets. The changes of gastric emptying were observed, and the time of gastric emptying with each syndrome before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were compared. Results The comparison of the gastric emptying between the two groups has no obvious difference（P 0.05）. But the simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndrome in the observation group has the shortest time of gastric emptying, which has the obvious difference compared with the other groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Bansizuo prescription in the treatment of the functional dyspepsia patients with the simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndrome has distinct advantages.
