摘要
目的:了解株洲市三医院(以下简称"我院")病区不合理用药情况,提高临床合理用药水平。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,随机抽取我院2015年2—5月病区医嘱单4 402份(Ⅰ类切口手术除外),逐一进行审核,对医嘱不合理用药情况进行统计分析。结果:不合理用药医嘱302份,占抽查总医嘱数的6.86%。不合理用药主要包括无适应证用药、用法及用量不合理、配伍或联用不合理、预防性用药不合理等。结论:我院病区用药存在不合理现象。高质量的医嘱点评可以提高临床医师的用药水平,保障患者用药安全,提高医疗质量。
To investigate the irrational drug use in ward medical orders in the Third Hospital of Zhuzhou （ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂ ）, so as to improve the level of rational drug use in clinic. METHODS ： Retrospective analysis method was adopted, 4 402 ward medical orders （except for type I incision） were randomly extracted from Feb. to May 2015 to conduct the examination, and the irrational drug use in ward medical orders were statistically analyzed. RESULTS ： There were 302 cases of irrational medical orders, accounting for 6. 86% of the total extracted medical orders. The irrational drug use were mainly performed as no indications, improper dosage and usage, irrational compatibility or drug combination and irrational preventive drug use, etc.. CONCLUSIONS： There were irrational phenomenon in the ward of our hospital. High quality reviews on medical orders can improve the drug use level of clinicians, ensure the safety of drug use in patients and improve the medical quality.
