气体钻井井下扭矩测量无线传输系统研究设计 被引量:2

摘要 在气体钻井中,为实时了解井下的真实工况,及时处理井下安全风险,需要对井下近钻头扭矩参数实时监测。因此,研究设计了一种采用电阻应变式测量扭矩技术和微波随钻数据传输技术的扭矩测量无线传输系统,该系统采用C8051F3XX系列单片机为主控制器,完成了数据采集、数据存储和数据传输的硬件电路和软件程序设计,使用信号中继传输的方式大幅提升微波通信距离,测量井深达到3 000 m,并开发了配套的上位机监测软件,实现了井下扭矩的随钻监测。实验结果说明系统无线传输时延短,能实时采集、传输、显示扭矩,满足气体钻井中井下扭矩测量的要求。 To obtain the real downhole working condition in real time and timely solve the downhole safety risk for gas drilling, it is necessary to monitor the torque parameter of downhole near bit in real time. A torque measurement wireless transmission system using the resistance strain torque measuring technology and microwave while drilling data transmission technology is researched and designed. The C8051F3XX series microcontroller is taken as the main controller of the system to realize the hardware circuit and software program designs of data acquisition, data storage and data transmission. The signal relay transmission method can enhance the microwave communication distance greatly, and make the measured well depth reach up to 3 000 m. The matched host-computer monitoring software was developed, and the while drilling detection of downhole torque was realized. The experimental results show that the system has short wireless transmission delay, can acquire, transmit and display the torque in real time, and meets the demand of downhole torque measurement for gas drilling.
