摘要
目的：探讨分析康复治疗对肱骨下段骨折患者内固定术后肘关节功能的影响。方法：选取我院2013年1月～2014年12月期间行内固定术的97例肱骨下段骨折患者，随机分为对照组（ n＝48）、研究组（ n＝49）。对照组予以常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上施加康复治疗。随访6个月，观察2组患者肘关节功能恢复情况。结果：研究组患者肘关节功能恢复优良率为85．7％，对照组患者肘关节功能恢复优良率为66．7％，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。研究组患者肘关节活动功能明显优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：对行内固定术的肱骨下段骨折患者实施康复治疗，能够显著改善肘关节功能，值得临床选用与普及。
Objective：To investigate the effect of rehabilitation treatment on the function of elbow joint after internal fixation of the fracture of the lower humerus .Methods：Select 97 cases of humeral fractures in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 ,cases of humeral fractures were randomly divided into the control group （n=48）,the study group（n=49）.The control group received routine treatment , while the study group was treated with rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group .The functional recovery of elbow joint was observed in the two groups after 6 months follow up.Results：The recovery of elbow joint function in the study group was 85. 7%,and the recovery of elbow joint function was 66.7%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The function of elbow joint in the study group was significantly better than the control group , the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05） .Conclusion：In the treatment of the patients with the fracture of the lower humerus ,it could improve the function of the elbow joint , and it might be worth to be used in clinic.
