摘要
根据总部训练工作部署,第四军医大学野战医疗所参加2015年高原驻训和演练工作。队员克服自然环境恶劣、生存条件艰苦、演训任务繁重等困难,圆满完成任务。在复盘检讨中,对人员抽组、物资筹备、专业救治、后勤保障、政治工作等5个方面存在的问题分析和探讨,为在类似环境条件下的实战提供借鉴。
According to the deployment of the headquarters,the field medical clinic of the Fourth Military Medical University participated in the 2015 plateau field training and exercise. The medical team overcame the adverse natural environment,severe survival conditions,heavy training duty,and other difficulties,and finally completed the mission successfully. For checking and reviewing the mission,problems of five aspects,including selection of personnel,material preparation,professional cure and treatment,logistical support and political work,were analyzed and discussed deeply to serve as a reference in similar conditions of actual combat in the future.
