摘要
不锈钢换热管在火电及核电机组中常被选用,与碳钢换热管相比,不锈钢换热管具有更优异的抗氧化性能及抗冲刷性能。在某型高压加热器设计中,选用了不锈钢管作为换热管。根据不锈钢换热管材料的特性,分析了产生腐蚀的原因,并对使用环境和生产制造工艺,提出了具体要求。
It's common to select stainless steel for heat exchange tube in high pressure heater. Stainless steel tubes shall be used not merely in conventional island of a nuclear power station, but also in thermal power generating unit. Comparing to carbon steel tubes, the inoxidizability and anti-scouring properties of stainless steel tubes are better. And we shall realize the corrosion resistance, control the operating environment and manufacture process of the stainless steel tubes, ensure the quality of the tube and ensure the equipment well running.
