摘要
目的探讨培美曲塞+顺铂、多西他赛+顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法将我院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者40例根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组各20例,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者总有效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论培美曲塞+顺铂、多西他赛+顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果相当,但是培美曲塞+顺铂治疗安全性更高。
Objective To investigate the effect of pemetrexed ＋ cisplatin and docetaxel ＋ cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-smal cel lung cancer. Methods 40 patients with advanced non-smal cel lung cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group of 20 cases according to the treatment method,the treatment effect of the two groups were observed. Results Two groups of patients with total efficiency comparing the difference was not statisticaly significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Pemetrexed＋cisplatin,docetaxel＋cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non smal cel lung cancer is quite,but pemetrexed plug ＋ cisplatin therapy is more safe.
