摘要
目的 分析走动式管理在门诊导诊护理质量管理中的运用。方法 选择我院门诊2013年1-12月收治的门诊患者100例作为对照组(走动式管理实施前),另选择2014年1-12月收治的门诊患者100例作为实验组(走动式管理实施后)。结果 实验组患者的基础护理质量(99.26±0.47)分、专科护理质量(98.69±0.55)分以及护理满意度评分(99.31±0.52)分均显著优于对照组的基础护理质量(93.32±0.61)分、专科护理质量(93.18±0.63)分以及护理满意度评分(90.74±0.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 在门诊导诊护理质量管理中,应用走动式管理能让护理质量和患者对护理工作的满意度有效提升。
Objective To analyze management by walking around in the outpatient service leading examilfing the application of nursing quality management. Methods 100 cases of clinic patients in our hospital outpatient service from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected as control group ( before the implementation of management by walking around ), 100 cases of clinic patients were chosen from January 2014 to December 2014 as the experimental group ( after the introduction of management by walking around ) . Results The basic nursing quality of the experimental group was ( 99.26 ± 0.47 ), specialized nursing quality was( 98.69 ± 0.55 ), and nursing satisfaction scores was( 99.31± 0.52 ), the control group was( 93.32 ± 0.61 ), ( 93.18 ± 0.63 ), ( 90.74 ± 0.46 ), the experimental group were significantly better than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion Leading ex,'mfining in the clinic nursing quality management, application management by walking around gives the nursing quality and patients satisfiction of nursing work of effective promotion.
