摘要
目的 探究中医治未病结合健康管理干预治疗IGT患者的临床效果。方法 选取2014年4月~2015年3月我院就诊的130例IGT患者,随机分为两组。参照组患者予以常规健康管理干预,实验组患者予以中药穴位敷贴法结合健康管理干预进行治疗。结果 实验组患者的治疗有效率及FPG、2h PG指标均优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 中医治未病结合健康管理干预治疗IGT患者效果显著,能够改善其糖耐量异常情况,具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with health management intervention in the treatment of IGT patients.Methods 130 cases of patients with IGT were divided into two groups in our hospital from April 2014 to March 2015. The patients were divided into groups. Patients in the reference group were given routine health management intervention, the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy combined with health management intervention.Results The effective rate of treatment and the FPG and 2hPG indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group, the difference was statistically signiifcant, P〈0.05.ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine treatment of disease combined with health management intervention treatment of IGT patients with signiifcant effect, can improve the glucose tolerance abnormal situation.
