摘要
在军工企业车间生产中,车间制造执行系统(MES)得到了广泛应用,但是还存在一些问题。为了提高军工企业车间协同制造、精益化生产和数字化制造的水平,将可视化概念引入到车间生产中,通过将可视化生产流程融入到整个车间MES系统信息流中,形成反馈循环模型,提高企业车间内部信息交互和协同制造水平;同时,提出将虚拟仿真可视化和可视化数据挖掘应用到车间生产中,通过对车间生产工艺等的可视化仿真提高车间工艺实施的准确性和熟练度;可视化数据挖掘的引入有助于实现以人为中心的知识获取、提炼,为企业车间精益生产提供数据支持。
In order to improve the level of military enterprise workshop collaborative manufacturing, lean production, and digital manufacturing, the visualization concept is introduced to the workshop production. By visualizing production processes into the overall plant stream and forming a feedback loop model, improve the enterprise workshops inside information level of the cooperation. Propose the visual simulation and visualization of data mining applications to process data obtained from the workshop, and thus guide the craft workshop, refine workshop production of knowledge for the enterprise data to support activities.
