白刺黄酮对运动力竭大鼠体内抗氧化效应的影响 被引量:1

Effect of flavonoids on antioxidation in rats after exhaustive exercise

摘要 为探讨白刺黄酮对力竭大鼠抗氧化能力的影响,将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动对照组、阳性对照组和运动给药[给药剂量分别为100、200、300mg·(kg·d)-1]组,每组10只。运动给药组大鼠分别灌胃上述不同剂量的白刺黄酮。运动对照组和运动给药组在为期7周训练后,进行一次性力竭运动,测定大鼠体重、力竭时间及运动后大鼠血清、心脏、肝脏中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总氧化能力(T-AOC)指标。结果表明:经过高强度耐力训练后,大鼠血清中CAT、GSH-Px、GSH、SOD、T-AOC降低,GR、MDA升高(P<0.05);心脏中CAT、GR、MDA、T-AOC升高,GSH-Px、GSH、SOD、T-AOC降低(P<0.05);大鼠肝脏中GR、MDA升高,CAT、GSH-Px、GSH、SOD降低(P<0.05);运动对照组与安静对照组比较,力竭时间延长,体重降低(P<0.05)。补充白刺黄酮后运动疲劳指标得到改善,血清中CAT、GSH-Px、GSH、SOD、T-AOC升高,GR、MDA降低(P<0.05);心脏中CAT、GR、MDA、T-AOC降低,GSH-Px、GSH、SOD升高(P<0.05);肝脏中GR、MDA升高,CAT、GSH-Px、GSH、SOD、T-AOC降低(P<0.05);运动给药各组随着剂量的增加力竭时间延长,体重减轻(P<0.05)。白刺黄酮可通过调节机体内基本抗氧化酶活性、力竭时间延长、体重减轻,从而达到改善机体抗氧化能力、提高运动能力的目的,对促进机体抗氧化能力、抑制脂质过氧化及能量补充剂的开发具有重要意义。 To investigate the mpact of white thorn flavonoids on antioxidation in exhausted rats, 60 SD rats were ran- domly divided into the control group, exercise control group, positive control group and exercise administration group[100, 200, 300 mg·( kg · d)-1~, t0 in each group. Sports administration group in each group were fed different do- ses of white thorn said flavonoids. Motion control and motion-administered group after making seven weeks of training, a one-time exhaustive exercise was given to measure the weight of rats after exhaustive time and motion serum, heart, liv er, CAT, GSH-Px, GR, GSH , SOD, MDA, T-AOC indicators. After high-intensity endurance training, the rat serum CAT, GSH-Px, GSH, SOD, T-AOC decreased, GR, MDA increased (P〈0.05); heart rat CAT, GR , MDA, T-AOC activity increased, GSH-Px, GSH, SOD, T-AOC decreased (P〈0.05); rat liver GR, MDA activity increased, CAT, GSH-Px, GSH, SOD activity decreased (P〈0.05) ; in movement control group and sedentary control group, the exhaus- tive time was been extended, weight decreased (P〈0.05). After supplementary Nitraria flavonoids sports fatigue indi- cators were improved, the rat serum CAT, GSH-Px, GSH, SOD, T-AOC increased, GR, MDA reduced (P〈0.05); Rats heart CAT, GR, MDA, T-AOC decreased, GSH-Px, GSH, SOD increased (P〈0.05) ; rat liver GR, MDA activi- ty increased, CAT, GSH-Px, GSH, SOD, T-AOC activity decreased (P〈0. 05) ; sports administration groups with in- creasing doses of flavonoids exhaustive time increased, weight decreased (P〈0.05). Flavonoids Nitraria through regu- lating basic body antioxidant enzyme activity, increasing exhaustive time and reducing weight, can improve the body's an- tioxidant capacity, improve exercise capacity and inhibit peroxidation energy supplement development of agents and reducing.
