摘要
液压传动是现代工程机械中广泛应用的一种传动方式,而液压缸是液压传动系统中最重要的执行元件之一。当液压缸承受较大的载荷做高速运动至行程末端时,往往会产生剧烈的机械碰撞,从而产生很大的机械冲击与振动,为防止或减轻这种机械冲击与振动,一般采用缓冲装置,可在一定程度上起到缓冲作用。该文首先对工程机械液压缸采用缓冲装置的原因进行阐述,重点讨论缓冲原理与常用缓冲形式,并对其进行对比分析,为液压缸缓冲装置的设计与选型提供一定的参考意见。
