摘要
以镀银导电纤维为研究对象,分析不同组织和不同导电纤维含量对织物防辐射性能的影响。试织了5块包含不等量镀银导电纤维的试样,3种为针织物、2种为机织物;测试了试样的导电性能和屏蔽效能,分析了镀银导电纤维含量和织物结构对织物屏蔽效能的影响。研究结果表明:屏蔽效能随着镀银导电纤维比例的增加而增大,针织物试样的屏蔽效能好于机织试样。
Taking silver-plated conductive fiber as the research object, the influence of texture and conductive fiber content on the radiation protection is analyzed. The electromagnetic and shielding effectiveness of five sample fabrics with different content of silver-plated fiber and different texture of knitting and weaving are tested. It is found that the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness increases with the increasing of silver-plated fiber content, and the shielding effectiveness of the knitted ones are better than that of the woven fabrics.
