摘要
目的:研究颌面骨折应用钛板坚强内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2007年2月-2016年2月期间,本院收治颌面骨折患者86例,根据手术方式分两组:54例钛板坚强内固定治疗者为观察组,32例钢丝内固定治疗者为对照组,观察比较两组的临床效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为96.30%,较对照组的75.00%显著提高(P<0.05);观察组的住院时间及骨折愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无明显并发症,与对照组的12.50%比较显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:颌面骨折应用钛板坚强内固定治疗效果显著,可促进骨折愈合并缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective： To inveterate the clinical effects of titanium plate strong internal fixation in the treatment of maxillofacial fracture.Method： From February 2007 to February 2016, 86 patients of maxillofacial fractures treated in our hospital were selected, according to the surgical procedure they were divided into two groups ： 54 cases of titanium plate strong internal fixation treatment as observation group, 32 cases of wire fixation treatment as the control group, the clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared.Result： The observation group total effective rate was 96.30%, significantly higher than the control group 75.00% （ P〈0.05 ） . Length of hospital stay and fracture healing time in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .No obvious complications in the observation group, compared with 12.50% in the control group was significantly lower （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Titanium plate strong internal fixation for the treatment of maxillofacial fractures has significant effect, can promote healing and shorten hospital stays, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, should be widely applied.
