“三明治”教学模式在成人健康护理学中的应用与实践 被引量:24

摘要 [目的]探讨"三明治"教学模式在成人健康护理学教学中的应用效果。[方法]将湖北医药学院护理学学院120名大学三年级的学生采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例,试验组给予"三明治"模式教学,对照组给予常规传统教学模式,实施一个学期后进行评定。[结果]试验组的总成绩、理论成绩和实践成绩均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在教学实施情况、教学效率、教学交流情况、知识传达情况、带教态度、以及以后教学模式推广情况方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]"三明治"教学方法效果好于传统教学方法。 Objective To probe into the application effect of"sandwich" teaching model in teaching of adult nursing. Method: Totally 120 junior students in Nursing School of Hubei University of Medicine were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The students in experimental in group were given the "sandwich" model,and the students in control group were given the conventional teaching model,and to assess the result after the implementation for a semester. Result: Total score,theoretical results and practical results in experimental group were better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of"Sandwich" teaching method was better than that of traditional teaching method can mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, make students in acquiring professional knowledge and improve the clinical skills and clinical thinking ability. At the same time, the ability of students to analyze problems and social ability can be significantly improved,and to maximize access to better learning results,more effective to master the core competencies of nursing.
