介绍大型氢气压缩机的内部流程,对生产中出现的问题(如回流管径偏小、工作液流量不足、工作液温度偏高、回流调节不稳定,工作液管道泵维修不方便)提出相应的改进措施,确保设备长周期、安全、平稳运行。
The internal process of large-scale hydrogen compressor was lntroaucea. ~mprovemem measure was put forward to solve the problems occurred in production, such as small diameter of backflow pipe, insufficient flow rate of working fluid, high temperature of working fluid, unstable regulation of backflow, and inconvenient maintenance of working fluid pipeline pump, in order to ensure long-period, safe and stable operation.
