摘要
本文从促进高技术企业R&D投入的视角,运用非线性转换方法(PSTR)作为分析工具,研究了以财政补贴、行业集中度及相关因素作为解释变量,与高技术企业R&D投入之间的非线性关系。研究结果发现:(1)财政补贴、行业集中度是高技术企业R&D投入的重要影响因素,且呈现复杂的非线性关系。(2)财政补贴显著促进高技术企业R&D投入,存在明显的挤入效应;但随着财政补贴强度的提升,财政补贴对高技术产业R&D投入的正效应将会减弱,即出现挤出效应。(3)行业集中度的提升会显著促进企业R&D的投入,然而行业集中度的过度提升会阻碍高技术企业R&D投入。
This paper studies the nonlinear relationship between the fiscal R&D input of high-tech enterprise using nonlinear transformation method subsidies, industry concentration and (PSTR) as analysis tool. Three results are concluded. Firstly, there are smooth transformation mechanisms and nonlinear relationship between fiscal subsidies, industry concentration and R&D input of high technology enterprise. Secondly, fiscal subsidies can significantly promote the R&D input of high technology enterprise, which is an obvious crowding in effect. However, the positive effect of fiscal subsidies for R&D input of high-tech enterprise will be reduced with the promotion of the fiscal subsidies which makes the crowding out effect. Thirdly, the enhancement of industry concentration can significantly promote the R&D input of high-tech enterprise. But it will hinder the R&D input of high-tech enterprise when the industry concentration degree is too high. The research of this paper reveals that the financial subsidies and industry concentration degree are important factors which affect the R&D input of high-tech enterprise. There's a complex nonlinear characteristics between the financial subsidies, industry concentration degree and the R&D input of high-tech enterprise.
