摘要 直流输电系统中避雷器的老化试验需要一种能产生特殊纹波波形的高压试验电源,为此设计了一种程控纹波功率电源。该电源基于MSP430单片机实现总体控制,采用D/A转换和幅值控制,生成高精度、稳定可靠的试验纹波,然后通过功率放大器进行电压和功率放大,通过采样模块采集输出波形,完成反馈闭环。介绍了纹波功率电源的硬件原理和软件结构,试验结果表明,该电源可以无失真地生成阀电压和桥电压纹波波形,输出电压有效值最大为60 V,输出电压稳定度在1%以内,频率稳定度在0.5%以内,可以满足避雷器老化试验对纹波波形的要求。 Aging test of arrester in DC transmission system needs a high voltage test power supply which can generate a kind of special ripple waveform. For this requirement, a programmable ripple waveform power supply is designed. The power supply uses MSP430 as control MCU, and uses D / A converter and amplitude control to produce high- precision reliable test ripple waveform,then uses power amplifier to amplify the voltage and power. The paper introduces the hardware principle and software structure in detail. Experimental results show that, the power supply can generate valve voltage and bridge voltage accurately, the maximum output voltage can up to 60 V, and voltage stability is less than 1 %, the frequency stability is less than 0. 5 %. The power supply can meet the test requirement of ripple waveform for arrester aging test.
