摘要
目的研究经验方温肺化痰方督脉火龙灸治疗痰浊蕴肺证肺胀临床疗效。方法将纳入研究的48例痰浊蕴肺证肺胀患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各24例,治疗组采用我科经验方温肺化痰方督脉火龙灸,隔日1次;对照组采用温肺化痰方每日1剂,分2次服用,疗程2周。治疗前后对2组患者进行中医症状评分并统计分析。结果 2组经过治疗后中医症状评分较治疗前显著降低,而且治疗组较对照组评分降低尤为显著;在显效率方面,治疗组显著高于对照组。结论温肺化痰方督脉火龙灸可有效治疗痰浊蕴肺证肺胀。
Objective To study clinical curative effect of cases of the lung-distension with syndrome of phlegm retention in the lung treated by dragon moxihustion with Wengfei Huatang decoction on governor meridian. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 48 patients of the lung-distension with syndrome of phlegm retention in the lung incorporated into the study were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated by dragon moxibustion with Wengfei Huatang decoction on governor meridian for two weeks which was proved prescription of our department once every other day. In control group, patients were treated by taken orally with Wengfei Huatang decoction, one dose one day. It was taken two times one day for two weeks. To take statistical analysis of TCM symptom score of the patients in the two groups before and after the treatment. Results The TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, especially in treatment group. Meanwhile, treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in excellence ratio. Conclusion The dragon moxibustion with Wengfei Huatang decoction on governor meridian is effective in the treatment of lung-distension with syndrome of phlegm retention.
