摘要
产业园区作为城镇产业集聚的一类特殊空间,其发展模式正在经历由工业园区向产业新城的转变,"产城融合"已成为园区发展的必由之路。笔者通过分析"产城融合"的两层内涵,结合生物医药产业园区的特点,以文山三七产业园区登高片区为例,探索"产城融合"背景下生物医药产业园区的发展模式和规划策略,以期为我国生物医药产业园区的健康发展提供技术支撑,指导同类型产业园区规划的编制。
Industrial park is a kind of special space of urban industrial agglomeration,its development model is experiencing the transformation from industrial park to industrial town,＂ industrycity integration＂ has become the only way for the development of the industrial park.Based on the analysis of two level meanings of ＂industry-city integration＂,combining the characteristics of biomedical park,taking Denggao area of Wenshan-Sanqi biomedical park as an example,this paper explores the development model and planning strategy of biomedical park for ＂industry-city integration＂,in order to support the healthy development of biomedical park in China,and offer guidance on the planning of the same types of biomedical parks.
