摘要
目的探讨益气养阴方对中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)气阴两虚型患者化疗毒副反应及生活质量的影响。方法将82例ⅢB期、Ⅳ期NSCLC气阴两虚证患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例,两组患者均采用紫杉醇联合顺铂方案化疗,观察组患者加用中药益气养阴方煎服,服用至化疗疗程结束后2周。比较两组患者化疗的毒副反应及生活质量差异。结果观察组患者的白细胞减少、血小板减少及胃肠道不良反应等毒副反应均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组肝功能损害比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能和社会功能评分均有不同程度升高(P<0.05),但观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴方能明显降低中晚期NSCLC气阴两虚型患者化疗的毒副反应,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yang yin decoction in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） accompany with deficiency of both qi and yin to toxic reactions of chemotherapy and quality of life. Methods Eighty-two cases of NSCLC patients with deficiency of both qi and yin （period of Ⅲ B and Ⅳ） were randomly divided into control group and observation group （41 cases in each group）. Both groups were treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy. The patients in observation group was given Yiqi Yang yin decoction on basis of above chemotherapy until 2 weeks after chemotherapy. The differences of toxic reactions and quality of life between control group and observation group undergoing chemotherapy were compared. Results The toxic reaction in observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and gastrointestinal side effects （P〈0.05）. However, there was not statistically significant in hepatic dysfunction （P〉0.05）. The scores on physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function increased in both groups after the treatment （P〉0.05）, and these scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Yang yin decoction can significantly decrease the toxic reaction of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life in NSCLC patients with deficiency of both qi and yin.
