摘要
近年来,我国城市化建设的步伐迅速加快,高层建筑不断增多,二次供水已成为城市供水管理的一项重要内容。全国各地的管理模式各有不同,管理水平差别较大,普遍存在监管职责不明晰、供水服务不规范、防护设施不完善、运行维护责任不到位的问题,影响了居民的生活用水质量。因此,加强对二次供水卫生的监督管理,落实二次供水相关的标准和规范迫在眉睫。本文对我市二次供水卫生现状进行摸底调查,分析我市二次供水的卫生现状,就其存在的问题提出建议。
In recent years,the pace of urbanization is in rapid growth and high-rise buildings are in constant increase,and secondary water supply has become an important issue in urban water supply management.Management models across the country vary greatly and management levels are in great difference.Such problems like non-clear regulatory responsibilities,non-standardized water services,incomplete protection facilities,and responsibilities of operation and maintenance being not in place are widely existent,which influence on quality of domestic water in residents.Therefore,strengthening sanitation supervision and management of secondary water supply and implementation of secondary water-related standards and norms are extremely urgent.The paper analyzed the status of secondary water supply in our city after investigation and put forward suggestions on existed problems.
