摘要采用自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊焊接工艺研究17焊接热输入和焊道排列对22mm厚X80管线钢焊缝组织和冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,在10—21kJ/cm焊接热输入范围内,焊道排列对X80管线钢焊缝组织和冲击韧性影响不大,焊接热输入对焊缝组织和冲击韧性有影响。当焊接热输入大于16kJ/cm时,焊缝金属的冲击韧性下降;当焊接热输入为10kJ/cm时,焊缝金属的冲击韧性波动较大;当焊接热输入为12~15kJ/cm时,焊缝金属的冲击韧性最佳、
The sell'-protection flux cored wire and semi-automatic welding were employed to study the effect of welding heat input and welding bead arrangement un the microstructure and impact toughness in terms of 22 mm X80 pipeline steel. The Results shows that on the range of 10 -21 kJ/ cm heat input, bead arrangement and welding heat input have little impact on the microstructure and impact toughness of weld. When the heat input is higher than 16kJ/cm, impact toughness of weld metal decline sharply The fluctuation is performance is obtained within the welding bigger when the heat input is at 10kJ/cm. The best heat input range of 12 - 15 k J/era.
