摘要
以风电联网运行为背景,从风电电源与电网间的“源-网”耦合关系出发,定义风电功率波动指标,分析了大规模风电并网对电网调节能力的影响,提出了基于风电功率波动特性的风电联网协调调度策略。以某地区实际电网系统为例,通过对比本文所提调度方案和常规调度方案的风电场群调度入网容量、风电发电量和电网传输空间利用率等评价指标,对所提的调度策略的有效性进行验证。
In the context of wind power integration and on the basis of the "power source-grid" coupling between wind power and power grid,the paper defines power fluctuation index of wind power and analyzes the impact of large-scale wind power integration on grid adjustment capability, moreover,it presents a coordinated scheduling strategy for wind power integration based power fluctuation characteristics. Based on the actual power grid system in a given area and by comparing the wind farm group scheduling integration capacity,wind power gen-eration capacity and the power grid transmission space utilization of the proposed scheduling scheme and the conventional scheduling scheme,the paper validates the effectiveness of the scheduling strategy.
