摘要
通过研究分析不同烟气脱硫系统中脱硫塔的工艺设计与反应过程,建立了湿氨法和石灰石石膏湿法烟气脱硫塔动态特性通用数学模型。模型采用基于控制体的模块化建模方法,模拟脱硫塔动态运行全过程,计算控制体内温度、压力、pH值、SO_2质量浓度、脱硫率等动态参数。以某热力发电厂脱硫塔为仿真对象,对模型进行了多次动态仿真试验。仿真运行结果正确模拟了对象的动态特性,证明了模型的正确性和通用性。
A general mathematical model was set up to study the dynamic characteristics of a wet desulfurization tower respectively by wet ammonia method and wet limestone-gypsum method, based on analysis of the technological design and reaction process of the tower in different flue gas desulfurization systems, using lumped parameter modeling method and modular modeling method, with which the dynamic process of desulfurization tower in the whole operation process can be simulated, while the real-time dynamic operation data within control objects can be calculated, such as the temperature, pressure, pH value, SO2 mass concentration and the desulfurization efficiency, etc. Taking the desulfurization tower in a thermal power plant as an object of study, dynamic simulations were repeatedly conducted on the tower, and the simulation results conformed to the design requirements on dynamic characteristics of the tower, proving the model to be correct and universal.
