高频多普勒彩色超声在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究高频多普勒彩色超声在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移中的应用价值和临床实用效果。方法选取我院2010年1月-2016年6月所收治的73例乳腺癌患者的临床治疗资料,均确诊乳腺癌,先使用二维超声检查患者腋窝淋巴结形态、大小、结构以及内部回声,再使用高频多普勒彩色超声检查患者腋窝淋巴区域的血流情况,并对高频多普勒彩色超声对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的临床治疗价值进行探究和分析。结果 73例乳腺癌患者均行手术治疗,全部患者进行淋巴切除术,对其淋巴转移情况进行分析,49例患者发生同侧腋窝淋巴转移,占67.12%;24例患者未发生淋巴转移情况,占32.88%。结论高频多普勒彩色超声与二维超声显示,转移性淋巴结和非转移性淋巴结的形态、大小、结构以及血流状态等方面具有特异性,确诊率和准确率高,通过高频多普勒彩色超声可准确的确诊乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移情况。 Objective To explore the application value and clinical effect of high frequency doppler color ultrasound in axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2016 were selected, all patients were diagnosed breast cancer, the morphology, size, structure and internal echo of axillary lymph nodes were examined by twodimensional ultrasonography, blood flow in patients with axillary lymph nodes in patients with high frequency doppler ultrasonography, and to explore and analyze the clinical value of high frequency doppler ultrasound in the treatment of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Results Surgical treatment of 73 cases of breast cancer patients, all patients underwent lymph node resection, analysis of the lymph node metastasis,axillary lymph node metastasis occurred in 49 patients, accounting for67.12%, 24 cases of patients without lymph node metastasis, accounting for 32.88%. Conclusion High frequency doppler color ultrasound and twodimensional ultrasound display, the morphology, size, structure and blood flow of the metastatic lymph nodes and non metastatic lymph nodes are of special characteristics, the diagnosis rate and accuracy were high, accurate diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer by high frequency doppler ultrasound.
